Grandma's Pumpkin Bread

The Recipe

The ingredients you will need are listed here:

All ingredients are laid out along with the recipe book on a table.
Wet:
- 3 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Mazola oil
- 1 can Libbey Pumpkin
- 2/3 cup water

Dry:
- 3 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking power
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves


Step One

Grease loaf pans and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step Two

Combine sugar, eggs, and oil in large mixing bowl.

Step Three

Add pumpkin.

Step Four

Combine dry ingredients.

Flour in a white bowl.

Step Five

Slowly add dry mix to wet mix.

Step Six

Add water and mix.

Cole adding the water to the mixture.

Step Seven

Add to loaf pans and bake for one hour.

Two loaf pans filled to equal heights ready to be cooked.

Two loaf pans filled with pumpkin mixture in the oven.
